3×3 Basketball, also known as street ball or street basketball, is a form of basketball played three a side on one hoop. It is the largest urban team sport in the world with over 250 million players worldwide and ranked among the most played recreational sports on the planet, 3X3 basketball is increasingly becoming an important influence in the development of basketball worldwide. In June 2017, 3×3 was officially announced as a new Olympic sport and will debut at the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
We held the 2020 NZ Chinese Basketball 3V3 in 25th July 2020. Due to Covid-19, we had short funding to do the big sign poster, short funding to ask photographer. We still had 16 teams participating our tournament (one team combine 3-5 players). Pakuranga MP Simeon Brown and Auckland Councillor Paul Young attended and had a great speech.

2020年7月31日 Aotea Sport 华人体育文化活动中心为鼓励华人社区青年开展篮球运动，增强自身抵抗力，锻炼团队合作精神，在PANMURE的YMCA 篮球场成功举办3对3篮球比赛。16只队伍参加。活动中PAKURANGA议员SIMENON BROWN 以及奥克兰议员PAUL YOUNG 一起参与并且讲话。
